So, if I get what you're saying, there are two different worlds: one where luxury high rises get fast tracked and a second where affordable low rises get delayed?
It's not as clear as that. Everything seems very slow. I may dive back in to look for patterns like that. The main reason for the post was I'm tired of politicians blaming citizens and the public process for their inability to get their job done. Thanks for reading
