I don’t see that as a fictional account of what our city’s future will be the the idiot mayor and council that we have. It’s so shortsighted and all about $$$ and to appease developers
Defunding the police seems extremely unlikely. The policing budget has increased every year. And anyway, cops don't make us safe.

Broadway subway: opening in 2025
Broadway Plan: approved September 2022
My thoughts:
1. COV objective: Move downtown East side to Broadway by 2025
2. Developers goal: Major goal is to redevelop downtown Eastside
Suggest: obtain development permit requests for major projects in that area.
3. Follow the money
