There are constructive solutions. Lots of them, but these need to be part and parcel of every effort we make in creating healthy cities and neighbourhoods.
Bill, I agree with your comments, would suggest that the gentler density, preservation, etc., that we champion addresses the climate crisis. I am not expert enough to tackle climate science issues, but am knowledgeable enough to know what I believe helps us do better.
